Our Story
Lend Smart Mortgage has operated as a mid-sized, locally owned retail lender since its inception in 2006. We have made several acquisitions over the years to continue our planned growth and expand our licensing base.
We are direct lenders and seller/servicers with both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac which means we control the entire mortgage process from start to finish. Not only does that make a difference in the service level we can provide to our customers, but it also makes a difference in the price we can offer our clients as there is no middle-man eating away at profits.
We have worked hard to create the right balance between personal communication and technology to improve the borrower experience. Your experience becomes your choice. If you prefer to use our mobile app to do everything from applying for your loan to uploading your documents or even signing your documents, you can do that. If you prefer to speak with knowledgeable experts the entire way through, you can do that too.
